Return & Exchange Policy
No Item will be returned/ exchanged without the original
transaction receipt.
Software
- If unopened, the product can be returned or
exchanged within 10 days.
- If opened but not defective, the product
cannot be returned.
- If opened but defective, you may exchange it
for a new product within 10 days. After 10 days you must contact
the software manufacturer for a replacement.
Hardware
- If unopened, the product can be returned or
exchanged within 7 days.
- If opened but not defective, the product
cannot be refunded.
- If opened but defective, you may exchange it
for a new product within the first 7 days after purchase. After
7 days, hardware failures must be resolved through the
manufacturer's warranty provision.
